âAn Evening To Rememberâ
DANBURY â On Saturday, March 24, Immaculate High School will host âAn Evening to Remember: To Serve in Love,â its Second Annual Formal Gala Dinner Dance Fundraiser, starting at 7 pm at the Amber Room Colonnade, One Stacey Road.
Proceeds from the gala will benefit the IHS scholarship fund for assistance to incoming students and the capital improvement fund.
During the gala, several awards will be bestowed on individuals who exemplify the values and service which Immaculate High School tries to instill in its students.
âBy answering the call of their vocation, each of our recipients have used their God-given gifts to inspire, to lead, and to teach our young people,â says Father Corey Piccinino, the spiritual director at Immaculate High School.
This year, the recipient of the Nancy K. Dolan Leadership Award will be The Most Reverend William E. Lori, Bishop of Bridgeport. Bishop Lori has served the Diocese of Bridgeport since March 2001.
