Occupation: I am the owner of Replay Sports, which relocated this past year to 731 Main Street in Monroe. I grew from the 800-square-foot space I had for four years in Newtown, on South Main Street, to 3,200 square feet. I sell used and new equipment and gear for just about every sport.

Family: I have been married to Louis Bianco for 15 years, and we’ve been together for 18 years. We have three children. Carl is 14 and goes to Notre Dame High School in Fairfield, to play hockey. Grace is 12. She’s at Newtown Middle School, does 23 dance classes and is on a dance team. Reinna is 5 years old and goes to Sandy Hook Elementary. She does dance and ice skating.

Pets: We have two dogs, Duke and Daisy, who are mixed breeds, and we have a cat, Oreo. All of them are rescue pets from the South.

How long have you lived here? I’ve lived in Sandy Hook for 18 years.

What do you like to do in your free time? I like to go out with my friends, but most of my free time I go to sporting events for the kids. I go to the Sound Tigers’ games a lot, and I like to go to shows in New York City, especially the Rockettes. I like camping, and we do go camping a lot.

Do you have a favorite sports team? Probably the Islanders hockey team. Hockey is the only pro sport I really go to regularly. Sometimes I go with the kids to see the Yankees.

Do you have a favorite travel destination? Anywhere warm, and beaches are great. But we do have a cabin in Ridgefield Springs, N.Y. We’ll take the ATVs up there in the summer and have a lot of fun.

Do you have a favorite place to camp? We like to camp right at the lake, in the Lake Dunmore area of Vermont.

What is the best thing about Newtown? The people. Everyone’s nice here. I like that a lot of my friends now are people who grew up here and have stayed.

Who has been the greatest influence in your life? My children. They influence me to be a good person, because I want to raise them to be good people. I don’t think kids are negative, so they have a positive influence. Kids are so happy. I love seeing the kids who come in to Replay and are all excited to be playing their first sport.

Do you have a personal philosophy? I always tell my kids, the way you want to be treated is the way you should treat others. Try to be nice to everybody.

Do you have a guilty pleasure? I really don’t. I do everything for my kids and that’s my pleasure — no guilt attached.
