USMA Brass Quintet, Feb. 5

BROOKFIELD CENTER — The Heritage Brass Quintet of the US Military Academy Band is scheduled to perform on Sunday, February 5, at 3 pm, at The Brookfield Library, 182 Whisconier Road (Route 25).

Founded in 1985, the group performs throughout the year at official military functions and presents numerous concerts in the tri-state region. Its performances have been described as “wonderful, eclectic and flawless … full of energy and enthusiasm.”

The program in Brookfield, which will include a variety of musical styles from the 16th Century to the present, is sure to entertain music lovers of all ages. This event is part of the library’s winter/spring “Afternoons at the Arbor” concert series. Admission is free and a reception will follow the concert.
