Port Connecticut Directory Available

Global Business Perspectives Inc has completed publication of the 2003 edition of the Port Connecticut Transportation and International Trade Resource Directory.

“Port Connecticut’s focus underscores the importance of the state’s international trade community and transportation infrastructure to our economy,” said Gov John G. Rowland in a letter included in the new edition of the resource directory.

Port Connecticut is the state’s only publication focusing exclusively on transportation and international trade. “The annual trade directory has filled an important need in the marketplace,” said Gregory Sandler, publisher of Port Connecticut and president of Global Business Perspectives.

The 2003 edition of Port Connecticut includes a 32-page color magazine section covering all facets of transportation and international trade and a 28-page resource directory section listing transportation and international trade service providers statewide. Also, for the fourth year in a row, the popular trade directory includes the Connecticut World Trade Association Membership Directory.

This year’s edition also includes special supplements focusing on the Connecticut Maritime Coalition and on the modernization of Bradley International Airport.

In addition to publishing the annual directory and a quarterly newsletter, Global Business Perspectives maintains PortConnecticut.com, a website that offers industry news and information, including links to trade resources, interactive discussion groups and affiliate sites for the Bridgeport Port Authority, the Connecticut District Export Council, and the Connecticut World Trade Association.

Free copies of Port Connecticut may be requested by calling 800-581-8533 or visiting www.portconnecticut.com.
