Katherine B. Osborne To David W. Munno

Michael and Deborah Osborne of Sandy Hook announce the engagement of their daughter, Katherine Brown Osborne, to David William Munno, son of William and Deborah Munno of Great Neck, N.Y.

The future bride graduated from Newtown High School in 1995 and received a bachelor of science degree from Bates College in 1999. She will be graduating in May with a master of arts degree in geology from CUNY-Queens College. She is an adjunct geology instructor at Queens College.

The future groom graduated from Great Neck North High School in 1995 and Bowdoin College in 1999 with a bachelor of arts degree. He is currently working on his PhD in neuroscience at the University of Calgary in Canada.

A June wedding is planned.
