NEW YORK CITY — Wendy Management will present The Spring International Art & Antiques Show, now in its fifth year, taking place April 27 through May 1 at the Seventh Regiment Armory. This vetted show will present fine, modern and contemporary art, decorative arts, antiquities and period furnishing from around the world.

Sponsored by Departures magazine, the show will feature international dealers from Sweden, France, England, Belgium, Portugal and the United States. Dealers will display a vast range of pieces from the Egyptian, Greek, Roman, Chinese and pre-Colombian civilizations as well as Seventeenth–Twenty-First Century English, French and Continental furniture, accessories, decorative arts, fine, modern and contemporary art, antique and contemporary jewelry, rare books, rugs and more.

New participating dealers include, from Paris, Galerie Olivier Watelet, Galerie Cazeau Beraudiere, Galerie Sylvain Levy Alban, Galerie Patrice Trigano, and Galerie AM; Royal Athena Galleries, New York and London; Galeri 146 Autegarden-Rapin, Brussels; Alberto Santos, London; and Luis Alegria Ida, Portugal.

Returning dealers include, from Paris, Steinitz, Galerie Pierre M. Dumonteil, and Paris Antoine Lebel; Marks, London; Iliad Antik, New York; Veronique Bamps, Belgium; Sabbadini, Milan, New York and St Moritz; and the 19th Century Shop, Maryland.

The Spring International Art & Antiques Show will open with a cocktail reception to benefit Lenox Hill Neighborhood House on Thursday, April 26, from 6:30 pm to 8:30 pm, followed by a sit-down dinner on the floor of the show. The benefit will also feature tables decorated by some of today’s top designers.

The show will open to the public Friday, April 27, and run until Tuesday, May 1. Hours for the show are Friday and Saturday, 11 am to 8 pm; Sunday and Monday, 11 am to 7 pm; and Tuesday, 11 am to 6 pm. Admission is $20 and includes a journal.

Under the guidance of Meg Wendy, Wendy Management annually presents five major design events, including The Spring International Art & Antiques Show. Other Wendy shows include Antiques & Fine Art at the Armory in New York City, the New York Design Fair, and The Morristown Antiques Show. In September, Meg Wendy introduces a new show, Art on Park, in New York City. Art on Park will feature art, photography and sculpture from 1890 to today.
