Chloe weighed 9 pounds, 3 ounces, and was 22 inches long.

Her brother, Evan X. Londono-Ayr, 2, awaited her arrival with a pink balloon, which was later attached to the mailbox.

 The infant weighed 7 pounds, 4 ounces, and was 20½ inches long at birth.

 She joins her brother, Alexander.
