On Wednesday, August 5, American Job Center, in collaboration with C.H. Booth Library, will bring the Career Coach back to Edmond Town Hall’s lower parking lot, 45 Main Street. This month, the staff will present an introduction to Microsoft Word. There are two sessions available, one at 10 am and another at 1 pm.

Attendees will learn and practice basic skills to create and format Word documents easily. This is a great class for beginners or those looking for a refresher on Word.

The Career Coach services job seekers on the spot. It is a one-stop shop on wheels and a mobile classroom which brings career services and computer training to the public. It makes weekly visits to cities and towns in coordination with community organizations. There are only ten slots available, so register soon to secure a spot.
