Healing Arts At The Graceful Planet

The Graceful Planet will present a “Healing Arts” series this month.

The first course, “The Women’s Circle,” will begin Wednesday, September 10. This will be a six-week open forum discussion group offering sharing, support and meditation. The class will meet Wednesdays at 6:30 pm, and the cost is $80 for the full series.

Also being offered this fall is a series of one-day workshops with Dawyn Cloud-Alter. The first workshop, “Menopause Wellness,” will be presented on Saturday, September 20, from 10:30 am to 12:30. Participants will learn about alternative methods that can affect hormonal changes. Ms Cloud-Alter will also discuss herbs, herbal nutrition, exercise and yoga postures that effect the endocrine system, nutrition, and vitamins/supplements. Pre-registration is required, and cost is $25.00.
