Newtown Hikers Take Note:

8 am Start Time This Weekend

 The Newtown Hikers Club 2003 fall season’s opening hike is planned for Saturday, September 6, to Sam’s Point, N.Y. It will be an all-day affair and hikers may want to plan to eat dinner on the road. As usual, they should bring water, food, and sturdy shoes, and anyone is welcome as long as a release had been signed for the Newtown Parks and Recreation Department.

As with all Newtown Hikers Club events, participants should meet in the lower rear parking lot of Edmond Town Hall, Route 25.
