COA Invites Residents

To Senior Center Open House

To the Editor:

The Commission on Aging looks forward to welcoming Newtown residents to help us celebrate National Senior Center month at an open house in the Senior Center at 14 Riverside Road in Sandy Hook. The event will take place on Saturday, September 15, from 11 am to 2 pm and will feature a presentation of the work the commission is doing on behalf of the town’s seniors, plus refreshments and music.
