Youth Basketball

The Newtown Youth Basketball Association’s winter season registration is open through October 15 for all leagues except the Senior League. Cost is $140. There is a $25 late fee for registering after September 30.

Those wishing to participate in travel ball must register prior to tryouts. To register, and for more details, visit www.newtownyouthbasketball.com. Check the website for start times and dates. Registration is on a first come, first served basis and no changes are made once rosters are set.

The program is open to Newtown residents ranging from kindergarteners through high school seniors.

Family plan pricing is available and the fee must be paid at time of registration. Registration fee for the third youngest child and each additional younger sibling is discounted. Families needing assistance will have their fees reduced or waived by contacting the NYBA treasurer

Divisions are as follows: Biddy for grades K-1, Midgets grades 2-3, Bantam grade 4, Intermediate grades 5-6, Juniors grades 7-8, and Seniors grades 9-12.
