Masonicare at Newtown invites the community to join the fun at the fall Pumpkin Fest to be held on Saturday, October 19, from 9:30 am to noon. The festival will be on the grounds of Masonicare at Newtown, 139 Toddy Hill Road in Sandy Hook. 

There will be many enjoyable events that day that will please young and old alike, including hayrides in a tractor drawn wagon, pumpkin decorating, and a variety of fun games.  A Pumpkin Fairy will be on hand to create a balloon decoration for every kid (of all ages) to keep as a reminder of the day.

Complimentary apple cider, delicious donuts, coffee and tea will be served.

Children are urged to wear their Halloween costumes that day, and adults are welcome to debut their Halloween attire as well.

Should it rain that day, the event will be held the following day, Sunday, October 20.
