To the Editor:

Our son, John S. Madzula II, is a candidate for the Board of Finance. John was raised in Newtown, attended Newtown schools, and resides on Main Street. John is a graduate of Fairfield University and Roger Williams Law School. Upon graduating from Fairfield University, John joined my firm, JSM Associates LLC, a design/build firm in Fairfield and Westchester Counties. John’s ability to grasp the construction aspect of the business, the budgeting of projects, financial techniques, and the commercial lending process has given him the qualifications for the Board of Finance.

As an attorney licensed to practice in four states, John practices as a litigation and transactional attorney. He represents clients in insurance disputes, construction litigation, business formation, asset purchasing and sales, and bonding/surety disputes. The knowledge he has gained from directing a design/build firm and his profession as an attorney have given him the requisite qualifications for the Board of Finance.

John is hardworking, conscientious, dedicated to his work and he will be an asset to the Board of Finance. We ask for your support to elect him to the Board of Finance.
