Our son, John S. Madzula II, is a candidate for re-election to the Board of Finance. John was raised in Newtown and attended Newtown schools. John is a graduated of Fairfield University and Roger Williams Law School. Upon graduating from Fairfield University John joined my firm, JSM Associates, LLC, a design build firm in Fairfield and Westchester Counties.

John’s ability to grasp the construction aspect of the business, the budgeting of projects, financial techniques, and the commercial lending process has given him the qualifications for the Board of Finance.

With his two years of service on the Board of Finance he has shown that he is knowledgeable and understands the financial responsibility of the budgeting process and the fiscal responsibility of each town agency.

As an attorney licensed in four states, he practices as a litigation and transactional attorney. He represents clients in insurance defense, construction litigation, business formation, asset purchasing, and sales and bonding/surety disputes. The knowledge he has gained from directing a design/build firm and his profession as an attorney have given him the requisite qualifications for the Board of Finance.

John is hardworking, dedicated to his work, and is an asset to the Board of Finance. We ask for your support to re-elect him to the Board of Finance.
