To the Editor:

I have known Erica Sullivan for four years, working with her for three of those years in multiple projects. During that time, I’ve been amazed to see how much passion and devotion she puts into everything she does, whether it’s her successful chocolate shop, a fundamental cause, her family, a friend in need — always willing to go above and beyond to help.

She has even helped me set up my own company, a custom storefront window painting business. I think it’s fair to say I have firsthand knowledge of her character, her intelligence, and her business know-how, and that it comes as no surprise she wants to help our town. That’s why I am emphatically endorsing her to serve on the Board of Finance.

Besides the above-mentioned traits, there are so many additional attributes of her character that would complement the position — she’s logical, she’s highly intelligent, she’s fair-minded, she’s detailed, she’s energetic, she’s a multitasker, she’s diligent, she’s judicious, she’s a planner, and she’s professional — all would be essential assets to help this town be fiscally responsible. She brings a unique perspective to an important role.

You may call her “the chocolate lady” — I call her a consummate candidate for our BOF.
