Bereavement Group For Adults Starts November 8

SOUTHBURY — A free seven-week bereavement group for any adult who has experienced a loss starts on Thursday, November 8, from 3:30 to 4:45 pm at the Jewish Federation, 444 Main Street North.

Sponsored by Brownstein Jewish Family Service and facilitated by Jenny Casey, MSW of Regional Hospice, this short-term professionally facilitated bereavement support group will continue meeting on Thursday afternoons through December 27.

The goal of this group is supportive in nature, providing a safe environment for sharing with others who have also been touched by loss.
