NBLA Hunter Pace Rescheduled For Sunday, November 6

The Newtown Bridle Lands Association’s 33rd Annual Frost on the Pumpkin Hunter Pace, originally scheduled for October 30, has been postponed until Sunday, November 6.

“Due to the upcoming winter storm and possible dangerous weather and trail conditions, we feel it will be safer for horse and rider not to proceed with our previous scheduled date,” Sally Feuerberg, president of NBLA, said on October 28.

Riders should contact Anita Lucsky at alucsky@aol.com if they would like their pace fee refunded.

“We are sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused, but safety is our priority,” said Feuerberg, who reminds riders that Daylight Saving Time ends on November 6.

Also, due to the new date, additional entries will be accepted for Frost on the Pumpkin.
