It is with great sadness we announce the sudden passing of Chloe Helena Mora, 28, of Sandy Hook, on November 16. She was born June 1, 1993, in Danbury, Conn., to Lynn T. Mckeen Mora and Mario J. Mora.

Her father, Mario J. Mora; sister, Arianna R. Mora; her beloved dogs Callum and Nolan; and many extended family members survive her.

Chloe is predeceased by her mother.

Chloe spent her childhood in Sandy Hook and graduated from Western Connecticut State University. Chloe enjoyed modeling and had a lifelong love of tattoos, getting dressed up for Halloween, motorcycles, and classic cars. Chloe took pleasure in cooking and catering and was well-known for her amazing chili recipe. Chloe was a fun, selfless person who was always willing to be a friend to others and any child or animal she met. Chloe was wonderful with children and cared for many little ones during her time as a nanny, a job she compassionately loved.

Chloe will be remembered fondly for her laugh and smile, outspoken personality, resourcefulness, sense of humor, and quick wit. She will be sorely missed by all who knew her.

A memorial service will be held at Honan Funeral Home, 58 Main Street, Newtown, on November 23 from noon to 2 pm.
