Music Centre Planning A Fundraiser

DANBURY — Danbury Music Centre will present “An Evening in Paris” on Friday, March 30, in the Grand Hotel Ballroom of the Danbury Sheraton. The event will run from 8 to 11 pm.

Guests will be treated to the music of Danbury Symphony Orchestra. In addition to favorite waltzes, the program will include popular Parisian tunes such as the famous “Can-Can.”

Guests will also enjoy a sumptuous pastry table, a silent auction, dancing and listening to a live orchestra. There will be a cash bar.

Items donated to the silent auction include a three-night stay in North Eastham, Cape Cod, a complete set of Harvard Classics, collectible dolls, a needle pointed piano bench cover, rare wines, baskets of beauty products, gift cards, and many other unusual items.

Tickets are $40 per person, and reservations are being accepted now. Singles, couples and large parties are all welcome.
