Since 1973, Southeast Kitchen and Bath (SKB) has been providing the Newtown community and beyond with high quality remodeling projects from start to finish. In January, Southeast Kitchen and Bath opened a brand new, four thousand square foot showroom at its new Brewster, N.Y. location. The “new” location is not that new, though, as it is right across the street from the old location at 10 Old Doansburg Road.

Anthony Palladino, owner of Southeast Kitchen and Bath, said the location has “everything you would need for remodeling a kitchen or bathroom … complete!” He rattled off a few items, like flooring, lighting fixtures, window displays, and more.

“We found that people came in and [the old, smaller showroom] wasn’t enough for them, so we quadrupled our size,” Palladino explained. He discussed the company more, adding that it is “completely self-contained. We are contractors, we are not a retail store.”

Palladino said that part of Southeast Kitchen and Bath’s goal is to make the experience “easier for our clientele.” What he means by that is SKB has a design team to help clients pick out what they want, then SKB contractors will go to the site and work every day until the project is complete. Then, a team of SKB painters will put the finishing touches on the remodel for customer satisfaction, guaranteed.

“Everything that we have on display is to make it easier for our clientele to get a project done without running to five or six different places,” Palladino said. He added that the company is licensed and insured in both Connecticut and New York.

There is a second showroom location in Bethel, which he noted is not as big as the Brewster location, but hinted that might change soon.

“We built our own building,” Palladino shared. “We are home builders, also. I’ve built … 60 custom homes over the last 53 years.” He also said that there are no other contracting companies with their own showroom, which makes the process for the homeowner easier. There are so many different options, there will be something to fit every style. Palladino remarked that the amount of stock is “mind boggling.”

Palladino said that if readers are looking to remodel and want the project “done once and done right,” Southeast Kitchen and Bath is the place to go.
