NOTE: This week’s class will celebrate all women ahead of Mother’s Day and Cinco de Mayo. Also, the requested donation is a little higher than usual due to additional craft projects and needed supplies.

Children in grades K-5 will join Joy Hoffman to explore celebrate mothers, grandmothers, aunts, cousins and friends, all women invited to participate by painting flowers, flowers and polka dots with children after learning about contemporary Japanese female artist Yayoi Kusama (who has a very popular exhibition on view at New York Botanical Gardens), each student will go home with vase and flowers as a gift for Mother’s Day, class will also celebrate Cinco de mayo by decorating Aztec sundials, register by Sunday, May 2 jfhoffman@aol.com.
