Hopeline Women’s Center Banquet

NORWALK — The Hopeline Women’s Center, Inc., a crisis pregnancy center, is holding its fifth annual fundraising banquet and silent auction at 7 pm on March 31, at the Continental Manor in Norwalk.

The theme this year is “A Generation Speaks Out.” Several people whose lives have been changed because they were counseled by Hopeline will give short testimonials.

With offices in Monroe, Danbury, and Bridgeport, the Hopeline Women’s Center is a place where people can find compassionate help with pregnancy and related issues. During 1999 over 2,100 people called the Hopeline. Women with unplanned pregnancies can receive information about available options.

The Hopeline also provides pregnancy tests and referrals. All services are free.

The Hopeline Women’s Center is a non-profit organization staffed mostly by volunteers. It relies totally on the donations of its supporters.

The public, including concerned parents and pro-life supporters, is invited to attend. Banquet tickets are $30 and may be obtained by calling the Monroe office, 261-4673.
