*Nutritional meetings led by registered dietician Stacia Helfand

*Weekly weigh-ins led by registered dietician Stacia Helfand

*Supervised fitness training by Fitness Loft staff and members

*Organized outdoor walking groups by Fitness Loft staff and members.

Registration:

*Register directly at The Fitness Loft, 3 Simm Lane
