NBLA Announces Annual Membership Social
The Newtown Bridle Lands Association will have its annual Membership Social on Tuesday, April 19 at 7:30 pm in the lower level of the Newtown Meeting House across from the Flag Pole on Main Street.Â
If you hike, bike, ride, ski, or walk and think that passive recreation areas are important to our future, then the NBLA welcomes you to come to the meeting for appetizers and desserts.
The NBLA hosts a number of events throughout the year, including educational talks, clinics, trail clearings, guided trail rides and the annual âFrost on the Pumpkin Hunter Pace,â scheduled for October 30. The NBLA will have representatives from the Second Company Governorâs Horse Guard and State Representative Debra Lee Hovey will be on hand to discuss just some of the programs and services that this historic unit provides and the possible pivotal roles people can play to help save the Horse Guard. Please RSVP to Newtownhorses@charter.net or 203-791-4853.
