Chinese Cooking With The Traveling Gourmet

BETHEL — On Tuesday, May 25, at 7 pm, Bethel Public Library will offer “Cooking Chinese,” a special program with chef Norma Chang. Ms Chang, known as The Traveling Gourmet, will demonstrate cooking techniques and discuss Chinese ingredients, table settings, and more. The event will be held in the senior center cafeteria at Bethel Municipal Center, 1 School Street.
