Team Training Information Meeting

The Leukemia and Lymphoma Society of Fairfield County will hold a Team in Training meeting at the C.H. Booth Library in Newtown on Thursday, May 12, at 6:30 pm.

Team in Training (TNT) is the largest endurance sports training program in the world, providing training for full or half marathons, century (100-mile) cycling events, and triathlons that raise money for the battle against blood cancers: leukemia, lymphoma, and myeloma.

Upcoming events include the Westchester Triathlon in Rye, N.Y., on September 25; the Sea Gull Century in Salisbury, Md., on October 8; United Technologies Greater Hartford Marathon and Half Marathon in Hartford on October 8; the Nike Women’s Marathon (run/walk, full and half) in San Francisco on October 23; and the Adidas Dublin Marathon (run/walk, full) in Dublin, Ireland, on October 31.
