Prudential Connecticut Realty Ranked #1 In Connecticut Again

Prudential Connecticut Realty has again been named the number one real estate company in Connecticut. Earlier this month, Prudential Connecticut Realty was declared number one in Connecticut by National Relocation & Real Estate magazine. Now, according to a second survey by REALTrends news-letter, Prudential Connecticut Realty has again captured the top spot. Results of the survey were published in the REALTrends Top 500 Report by REALTrends newsletter.

This industry publication annually ranks the top real estate companies in the country based on sales volume and number of units sold. In 2000, Prudential Connecticut Realty closed 10,447 transactions (ranking them 36th nationally) resulting in over $2.9 billion in sales volume (ranking them 23rd nationally).

The REALTrends Top 500 Report derives its rankings from figures submitted by brokers. To ensure the accuracy and credibility of these reports, brokers are also required to submit supporting documentation from outside accounting firms.
