Exactly The Proper Size Right Now

I might respectfully suggest to Selectman Capeci that it is not necessarily true that “Newtown must continue to grow” (Letter Hive, May 31). Another possibility is that we are exactly the proper size right now.

This is fun. I’d suggest it was exactly the right size 30 years ago before all the crazed liberal NIMBYs crashed the scene. The residents should pool their funds and respectfully reimburse any activist residents for their houses (at market value) and pay their moving fees so we can plow their house under and make it all forests and farmlands again.
