To The Rescue

To the Editor:

I just wanted to recognize two of Newtown’s bravest, James Croswell and Greg Korotash, who saved my 4-year-old’s (Matthew) remote control boat at the pond by Ram Pasture.

Greg found the right equipment while James waded in the water up to his shoulders in some pretty slimy stuff on Sunday night in front of a small crowd.

I wish them luck at University of Maine and the FDNY.
