To the Editor:

I am writing to endorse my husband, Dan Wiedemann. We have lived in Sandy Hook for 32 years. He has coached many sports, been very active politically in town, and served on the Legislative Council for seven years. From 2010 to 2013, Dan served on Legislative Council. In 2013, he served on the Charter Revision Commission. He was reelected in 2015 and 2017 and is looking for your endorsement in 2019.

We moved here as a young family and would like that opportunity to be afforded to other young families as well as those trying to age in place (as we now are). Dan is fiscally responsible and looks for ways to save tax dollars across the board. He was a big supporter of Shared Services, serving on that committee, and continues to look for ways to maximize both the Municipal and Education budgets.

Please join me in voting for Dan Wiedemann on November 5, 2019.
