LEGAL NOTICE

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the

Town of Newtown Planning and Zoning Commission voted on the

following applications at their Special meeting of November 21,

2024:

Application 24.11 by 2-4-6-8Riverside Road, LLC,

for a Special Exception/Site Development

Plan, located at 2, 4, 6 & 8 Riverside Road, to construct an

addition to the existing building and five new buildings, parking

areas, drainage, water service and sanitary sewer, that would

include a total of 37 residential living units along with the

proposed retail spaces and bank, as demonstrated on a set of plans

titled, “Overall, Site Development Plan Depicting Proposed

Development of 2, 4, 6 & 8 Riverside Road, Sandy Hook District,

Newtown, Connecticut,” dated July 25, 2024 and all supporting

documents, submitted to the Land Use Agency dated July 30, 2024.

Application 24.15 by MD285Berkshire, LLC.,

for an Open Space Conservation Subdivision

located at 285 Berkshire Road, for an 8-lot subdivision, as

demonstrated on a set of plans titled, “Stone Bridge Estates”

285 Berkshire Road, Newtown Connecticut, dated September 23, 2024

and all supporting documents, submitted to the Land Use Agency dated

September 30, 2024. Revised November 18, 2024.

APPROVED,EFFECTIVE December 14, 2024.
