LEGAL NOTICE

Pursuant to Connecticut General

Statutes 8-8(n), the Superior Court will hold a remote hearing on

July 9, 2026, at 11:30 am

on the settlement of:

VESSELTECHNOLOGIES, INC. et al v. PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION OF THETOWN OF NEWTOWN et al (Docket No. LND-HHD-CV25-6203192-S).

Persons interested in listening

to or participating in the hearing should contact the court by

860-548-2851 for instructions on how to participate.

A proposed stipulation for

judgment was approved at the regular meeting of the Newtown Planning

& Zoning Commission on May 21, 2026, concerning the development

of one hundred and twenty (120) residential dwelling units within

two (2) separate buildings, with 30% of such units to be

deed-restricted for forty (40) years to tenants earning not more

than eighty percent (80%) of Median Income as defined in Connecticut

General Statutes 8-30g, and related improvements on the subject

property located at 4 Berkshire Road and 22 Oakview Road, Newtown,

Connecticut. Those requesting additional information on the
