With over 30 years of experience managing complex challenges in both the automotive industry and real estate, Dave brings the kind of experience and balance we need on Planning and Zoning. He understands how to manage growth responsibly — supporting housing and business needs while preserving the small-town charm and open spaces that make Newtown special.

Dave has called Newtown home for 25 years.
