To the Editor:

We have known Michele Mount for many years now. She has been an enthusiastic and supportive participant in our community and has served on everything from town council to Project Warmth and the WPCA. But she also is a dedicated mother who supports her kids’ activities like soccer, Little League, dance, and basketball.

Besides these activities, Mrs Mount has had a distinguished career as a government relations attorney and advocate. She is passionate about helping people and provides unprecedented access to anyone who has a question.

I know she has promised to have Monroe and Newtown office hours on a regular basis, something no other state representative in Monroe has done. She has even posted her cellphone on her literature; you can’t more accessible than that. We are voting for Michele because we know she cares passionately about helping others and if we need to call her she will be there for us, the citizens of the 112th and for the towns of Monroe and Newtown. There is no question that Michele Mount is the better choice for state representative.
